It's rare that a poster is released for a movie that makes my FPP list immediately but that's just what has happened with what you see below for the upcoming Ridley Scott movie Robin Hood. The poster sums up why a snarling Crowe should be the perfect cast choice to play the lead in what hopefully will be a much needed retelling of this classic story, finally banishing the memories of Kevin Costner's horrible early 90's hair in 1991's lacklustre Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves.
OK so it might be a bit Gladiator for some especially as he is sporting the same haircut (I am all about the hair today!) but who cares, that was a corking 5 star flick and if this is simply 'Gladiator in the woods' well count me in.
