It's a headline you just don't expect to read! Bath is a historic English town (population 83k) 100 miles west of London and is famous for a number of things but I never knew associations with Mr Cage was one of them. It turns out according to The Daily Telegraph the Hollywood star who can currently be seen in Werner Herzog's Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans, owns a "4 million Georgian town house in Bath, Somerset and also owns a £5 million castle in a nearby village."So it was that last night Cage exclaimed 'I'm feeling kind of ELECTRIC right now!' as he pushed the lever and lit up this beautiful town with holiday cheer. As a fan of Cage I would have been pretty excited to be there but more than that I really love the festive oddness of having someone so Hollywood in a place that can only be described at the polar opposite of Tinseltown (no pun intended!).
