Curb Your Enthusiasm Enjoys Record Finale

Last Sunday season seven of Curb closed with a record breaking 1.3m viewers making it the most watched finale in the series history. Throw in DVR viewings, later listings and HBO on Demand and the number shoots upwards of 5 million. The show in which Larry David revels in making his audience as uncomfortable as possible while also laughing out loud continues to be a hit with critics and HBO viewers alike. This season was certainly unique in that it offered Seinfeld fans the chance to see the characters of Jerry, Elaine, Kramer and George in their familiar settings as Larry finally 'gave' NBC a re-union show (of sorts).

Curb is an amazing show for me as it hasn't dipped in quality once over its seven season run. David often claims the latest season will be the last but as admitted on Lopez Tonight recently he finds himself unable to resist coming back and for that comedy lovers everywhere should be grateful.
