HBO's In Treatment is Renewed

Good news for all of you that enjoy the therapy show from HBO In Treatment as Variety reports that the cable giant have given the show a third season. While it may not have ever made big ratings news it's stars have certainly been recognized critically with Gabriel Byrne having been nominated twice for an Emmy and gone on to win a Golden Globe. Dianne Wiest and guest actor Glynn Turman have also won at the Emmys.

People whose opinions I respect have told me the show is a class act but after a couple of episodes when it's first season premiered I must admit I bailed. I might revisit the show on DVD or Netflix on demand at some point in the future.

It's great news to have In Treatmen back with Gabriel Byrnes of course. This show has so much of normal human life and experiences. The producer Paris
Barclay last season played a big part in getting the human emotions on screen. I always knew his sagments before seening his name.
Thank you HBO for bringing it back.

He's a class act. I have seen his name attached as a director to a few of my favorite shows in the past ... ER, The Shield, Weeds to name a few.
