This weekend found actress Lindsay Lohan in Paris with her pal Samantha Ronson glamming it up at the VIP Room club. Her not so clever decision to wear a fur stole was judged to be in such poor taste (ethically and fashion!) that Animal Rights protesters showered her with flour on her way into the club. The club owner had to help Lohan dust off the flour from her dress before she posed on the Red Carpet for pictures like the one here.PETA commented that Lohan's hair and face were turned white in the incident and explained the actress was targeted because she had worn at least two different fur coats in public appearences, despite the organization's repeated pleas that she find something else to wear.
There is little point in a long comment on the poor decisions made by Hollywood airheads but it does make me laugh when people think France is so fashionable that fur is acceptable to wear. Fingers crossed someone caught it on video.
