The Teminator on TV? I was up for a bit of that from moment I heard about it. Having been a fan of The Terminator and then loving T2 and even enjoying (kind of) T3 I was excited to see the franchise resurrected for TV.Talk about disappointed. I got through one episode and knew this was not a franchise that could make the leap from Big to Small Screen. When the leads are at best average and at worst Hammy of Shatner proportions it is time to say 'Hasta La Vista Baby' (oh come on, I had to get it in somehow)!
"Audiences just aren't responding to the show," a Fox source tells SyFy Portal. "Our biggest surprise are the 18-to-49s [a key advertising demographic], those numbers are in the toilet."
Oh dear, how sad, never mind. Time to bring the franchise back to life on the big screen with 2009's Terminator Salvation with Christian Bale (inspired choice) as John Connor ... 'come with me if you want to live' or what?! Yeehaa ... I am seriously excited about this flick.
