This wonderfully original show returns to our screens on October 1st with Lee Pace and Anna Friel as the 'romance at a distance' couple unable to touch each other.
The look of this show is so unlike anything else that is on our TV screens in that it is like a comic book come to life. Production designer Michael Wylie wanted to the show to look somewhere between 'Amelie and a Tim Burton film' and he certainly made it happen.
Uniquely the shows official website offers surfers an actual online comic to read that was also given out at Comic-Con in San Diego last year....a clever marketing gimmick I haven't seen elsewhere.
And yes, that is Pee Wee Herman!
