'Put this in your pipe and smoke it.' is the chuckle worthy tag line for this Seth Rogen movie about a stoned slacker and his dealer who end up after accidently witnessing a murder and becoming embroiled in a suburban drug war!It is the latest from 'of the moment' producer Judd Apatow (40 Year Old Virgin, Knocked Up, Superbad) and teams Seth Rogen with Spiderman's James Franco and from The Office, the excellent Craig Robinson.
At first I thought I was a 40 yr old at a 20 something movie and the first 20 minutes seemed to drag but then the movie picked up pace and a few belly laugh moments converted me into a believer. Once the storyline got going it was a pretty fun roller coaster plot and had some great moments from a talented supporting cast.
P.S Did you know Seth Rogen started as a stand-up comic when he was 13.
