I was never a fan of the original Little Britain that aired on BBC America so when I heard there was going to be a US version I was not that bothered. Maybe it is some kind of latent British loyalty but I ended up setting the Tivo for last nights series opener and checked it out tonight.Hit and miss is the best way to describe this bizarre (even by British humor standards) show with various characters in various odd and odder situations. The highlight was the weight loss meeting ('Fat Fighters'!) held by the very middle-England Majorie Dawes with a guest appearance by Rosie O'Donnell.
We shall see, this is certainly worth a return visit but not a season pass just yet!
